Finding Serenity

In this hectic, anxious, fast pace modern world of ours,  one has to seek out serenity where you can find it.   This piece is a narrative of that process.   It has three themes,  chaos, anxiety, and serenity which confront us every day.   Will serenity win?

It is a trio made up of a not so regular instrumentation for a trio, that is...flute, oboe , and cello.   The piece is in a more modern style to match the narrative.
